A little more about Diana
Hi! My name is Diana and I am a Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher. I also teach fitness classes, I am a Mom, step Mom, and like most of us, I wear many other hats.
What do I do on a daily basis? I use an effective combination of meditation, movement, and mindfulness to help my clients develop a healthy sense of self. This ultimately leads to a happier life with a higher level of self-care, confidence, and love.
It is not uncommon for us to wake up one morning and decide that we want to live differently. Sometimes we aren’t even sure what we need to change but we know that something must change. These changes can range from treating our bodies better, creating better relationships, making healthier decisions, exercising, sleeping better, decreasing stress, and learning to deal with our anxiety and depression.
My background: I am a Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher with a diverse background that includes business, fitness, psychology, and sociology. I have studied Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), extensive Anatomy and Physiology, Yoga and Meditation. I have over 25 years of coaching (ages 3-73), facilitating, and teaching experience. I have had the pleasure of helping hundreds of people live healthier and happier lives.
