Hi! I am Diana and I am an intense lover of the human body and all things movement. I am a Certified Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation Teacher with over 1000 hours of training. I am a Mom of three littles (8,5,3) and one big one (he’s 22!). I am also a wife to one man, and like most of us- I wear many other hats.    

 What do I do on a daily basis?   I use an effective combination of meditation, movement, and mindfulness to help my clients develop a healthy sense of self.  This ultimately leads to a happier life with higher levels of self-care, confidence, love, and mobility.

My background:  I am certified to teach Mindfulness and Meditation with a 200 hr certificate from Sean Fargo of Mindfulness Exercises. I have personally practiced mindfulness and meditation for over 17 years.

Yoga- I am an E-CYT 500 with over 20,000 hours of teaching. (that means I am experienced and highly educated to safely and effectively deliver life changing classes).  Some of my trainings include: Core Vinyasa Flow with Sadie Nardini and Tyler Mccoy (200 HR) LYT Yoga Training with Lara Heimann (300 HR) Hatha Restore and and Hatha Flow with Maureen Rae (300 HR). Pre and Post Natal Yoga training (200 hr), Yoga for Seniors (50 hr) and Neurosomatics (50 hr) and Yoga for Kids (50 hr)

I have a diverse (and pretty fun) background that encompasses business, fitness, psychology, and sociology.  I studied Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), extensive Anatomy and Physiology, Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation.  I have over 30 years of coaching/teaching a variety of ages.  I have had the pleasure and privilege of helping hundreds of people live healthier and happier lives.
